Refund Policy
Welcome to The Coding Academy and Consulting, LLC. We are committed to your educational success in the field of medical coding. Please review our refund policy below:
Deposit: A deposit of $390 is required to secure your enrollment in our courses. This deposit is non-refundable and covers the initial costs associated with the preparation and reservation of your place in the course.
Payment Plans: All monthly payments are non-refundable. Payments are due on the 1st of each month for those on a payment plan. It is crucial to make these payments on time to maintain your enrollment and access to course materials.
Late Payments: If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, you will be subject to withdrawal from the course. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we encourage you to communicate with us in advance if you anticipate any issues with making a payment on time.
Full Payment Refunds: Students who pay in full may be eligible for refunds under the following conditions:
- Full Refund: A full refund, minus the $390 registration fee, is available if you withdraw from the course before the first day of class.
- 50% Refund: If you withdraw within the first week of class, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the full payment.
- No Refunds: No refunds will be provided after the first week of class.
Afterpay: For students opting to use Afterpay, please be advised that Afterpay’s terms and conditions apply in addition to our refund policy. Please refer to Afterpay’s agreement for details on payment terms.
